OK I have about 100 rounds of 257 Roberts brass that I have fire formed and only had a few case heads seperate. (I think I should have seated the bullets out more witch I will do next time)

That is the good news they are in the polisher now and I will load them with the 90gr Sierra BTHP's later this week.

They shot 1-1.25" groups while fire forming (I was not expecting that)

NOW HERE IS THE PROBLEM

I bought 100 rds of 7x57 brass to size and make more 257AI cases from. I have tried everyting under the sun to get them to run through my LEE 257 AI die set and I keep crushing cases.

HELP
