 xp100 35 rem price?

Whats a decent price on an xp100 in 35 rem in prob fair condition.. saw one at gun shop-been there a while. I think was asking 699,,,seems high to me. Cant remember if had a scope? not familiar with 35 rem either...what can you tell me??

For a factory stock unit in nice shape I think $500 is a fair price, but most ask much more than that.
The 35 Remmy, loaded to it's potential, is a solid big game getter out to 200 yards.
Rod, too.
Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

I gave $550.00 for my center grip XP with a 4X leupold scope and Leupold DD mount. The mount and scope are worth a solid $150.00 used, so figure $400.00 on the XP. I love mine. It's super accurate and a decent hammer.
Does the XP have a scope? That will help ease the price a little. I would go $500.00 for the bare gun. $699.00 is a bit much. Can you make an offer?

I just looked at it again today..it has a simmons 2-6 on it. maybe better than fair shape like i thought...also has a zipper gun bag/pouch...just looks so retro with that plastic stock... the 35 rem kinda intrigues me with reading up on it...just not for that much

 I topped mine with a 2-8 Leupold and have been 11 for 11 on charlies so far.
