dogsbreath, I havent had my Bisley 45 Colt long so I shoot my own 255gr WFN and seat it over 8gr of Unique. Its very mild and both my Flattop and my Bisley like this load. I havent worked up a hunting load yet for the Bisley. I used to shoot 300gr Sierra JFP over 10.5gr of Unique thru a Freedom Arms 454 I used to own. Its a bit more but the weight of the FA tamed it down alot. I may try it in my Bisley.
