Hawkeye old hand Joined: Jan 2004 Posts: 802 Oklahoma	I'm shooting the TC 45-70 Hunter barrel w/break. I have used only IMR4198 powder. I shoot 37 grn of it with Fed 210 Primer. I use the Sierra 300grn JHP and get 1410fps with it. It is shooting 2" at 100yds with a 4x Swift scope and I've taken two whitetails with it. Both were between 80 and 100 yds. One shot, in the shoulder of each and they just spun a 180 and dropped. I tried more powder but the groups suffered and didn't use any other powders yet.
