How about the Glock model 40 in 10mm? Seems that would be one way to go without having to tinker with modifying an existing gun and dealing with any potential functioning issues you are likely to have with the 45 Super or 460 Roland conversions.

The 10mm Auto is a fine round, and one of my favorites. My own 10mm Glock has taken one deer and one hog using Hornady 180 XTP factory loads.

I don't have the model 40 (I have a smaller Glock) but it's certainly on my list of guns to consider getting.
