Yep, 45colt shot shell will do the same thing, with a cylinder that might get a 250gr chunk of lead down the range with something other than a Pattern. Or through a 265gr LBTWFNGC with enough speed and accuracy to kill something cleanly. The 45 ACP idea might be better realized in Judge than in Redhawk, but Ruger doesn't make too many stupid guns.
