I may have the chance to make a trade for a Leupold LCO red dot sight to put on my BFR 45-70. It is actually mounted on it now, and I positively love the view. My question is does anyone know if this optic will stand up to the recoil? It was mounted on my son's AR-15. Any warnings or issues I need to be aware of? I don't want to shake loose a 600.00 optic that was designed for something a little less...vigorous.
