Sorry, i do not james, but i do have a lot of experience sizing for single shot TCs. Were you using a neck size die? I use the full length sizer but back it up a few thousandths off the shellholder. Do not screw down full length die tight against the shellholder....bumping the shoulder back too far. That caused your early head seperation.
