I got my CVA Scout V2 6.5 Creedmoor last week. I took it to the range to shoot it to just make sure everything functioned correctly before I put it up for next Christmas.

I did check the velocity shooting Winchester's Deer Season 125 grain factory load and was happy to see it was going 2567 fps. I think that will do very nicely for my deer hunting out to 200 yards.

What does everyone here think?

I will spend this year working with my CVA Scout V2 in 357 mag. I hope to kill a deer or two with it next season.
