That I do not know but I will ask. The reason give for not allowing cast bullets is the worry about lead fragments in the air after impact. This would be unlikely with a hard cast but the range officials cannot monitor it that closely. I do shoot cast but limit it to the outdoor ranges.


NOT SURE "HARD CAST" HELPS AT ALL WITH A SPLINTER/FRAGMENTATION PROBLEM.
