l think the 45COLT case is too big for magnum loads in a S&W revolver.

l use 45Schofield cases in my Smiths, 625 Mtn Gun and a 25-3..

Case capacity is very similar to 44Spcl..


ps.. There's an even better case for Smiths and old Colts.

Called 45Cowboy, exact same capacity as 45ACP and Auto Rim.

Case rim thickness is same as 45Colt and Schofield. 45Cowboy was
