1. Much. This whole site needs a complete modernization overhaul. Another "update" is liable to break something else. It will probably end up looking different when everything is done, but it will function just the same.

2. Not yet. You can still link pictures from the bragging board if you can find them:
I would recommend using an external image host for now.

3. No, I wanted the forums back up first and foremost. Everything else will come later.
