Hope you got the stand finished Bob, When you get to the roof help is always nice. I remember piles of wood when I was growing up as high as we could throw it next to the tractor driven cut off saw. Clean out a fence line, you brought it all home on the wagon and cut it up for firewood. The old house wasn't insulated so you needed a lot of wood. First chain saw I remember was a Mc Culloch 35. A big ole slab sided thing a half pint or pint of oil to a gallon of gas mix. Old man bought it new in 1960 or 61. Heavy as hell and slow turning but it beat hell out of an ax and crosscut saw.
