I have a friend at Church who has a hog problem. Naturally as a member of HH, I would like to ease his pain. He has about 100 acres and a lot of sign. Rooting in his pasture and droppings all around. This is my first attempted at hog hunting and I have a couple of questions. Plan on using my 35 Remmy xp100. Will a 150 gr Remmington factory ammo do the job? Would rather use handloads but this is all I have. Would also like input on pig pipe baiting. Any other advice on proper baiting or hunting tactics would be greatly appreciated.
