Like Rod has stated the starter kits are a good place to start. Lee, Hornady, and RCBS have them. For load manuals I recomend the Hornady and Sierra. They have the most cartridges listed and the largest selection of bullets. Both manulas have a great section in the front that lays out the loading process in great deatil with good graphics.

Here is a link to the kits at Midway;

Lyman loading kit

Lee kit

Hornady Kit

RCBS Kit

Redding Kit

The Lee will be the cheapest kit and it's a decent place to start.
