I only recently started buying Rugers again, because of issues I had with the Service Dept in the revolver plant. I don't understand how they can be so inconsistent in dealing with problems. They stepped up to the plate & repaired my .41
Redhawk without issues, then ended up losing my Super Blackhawk for over 6 months a year later. After they found it, they returned it unrepaired. At the time, I was big into Rugers, but not so much anymore. There were others, but these stand out. It seemed like every other transaction had an issue. I hope they've cleaned up their act now.
