My only son just turned 18, and he has been hinting "Rifle" for Christmas, with that being said, we have never been on an actual go "Somewhere new hunt together". For the most part we have always been able to drive 20 miles or less to do our hunting. But I did mention that I would like to try the HHI antelope hunt with him, and that he would have to hunt (or get to hunt) with a hand gun and that he could use one of mine.

So here's the question, do I listen to his request for a long gun, (he has access to all my guns when ever he would like, long and short, but has nothing to call his own) and let him get into handgunning on his own, or get a handgun (single shot) and hope he enjoys it as much as I do? Just so you know he is not the most patient hunter in the world.

The good Lord gives us "Life" a "Window Of Opportunity" what we do with this opportunity, defines who we are and what we become.
